VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Opportunities to share your time and talents with our girls come in many shapes and forms. Be creative! Think about what you love to do, and come in and share that love with our young girls.
With safety and protection being a high priority for the Ellen Hines Smith Girls' Home, all volunteers who interact closely with the girls will be aksed to fill out an application as well as undergo a criminal background check.

- Teach a class in any area you're passionate about. Art, music, dance, cooking, basketball or crafts are just a few ways to share your time and pastime with our young girls.
- Tutor in secondary math, science, reading, and many other academic fields.
- Host a salon night or career day during summer months.
- Bring dinner for the girls and enjoy it with them.
- Have a movie night.
- Throw a pizza party.
- Do a work project on the EHSGH grounds.
- Become a mentor. Invest your time and open your heart to the stories of our residents.
